Organizational Summary
The PASPB body elects a nine person Board of Directors. Each Director seat is a three year term and the Directors will hold various positions during their term. Below you will find the current Board Members and their positions.
PASPB hosts Standing Committees that serve to keep our membership aware of changes to local and national accounting
issues of interest. Volunteers serve to chair and staff these committees. Meetings are held on an as-needed basis. The Committee Chairs within PASPB are appointed by the Board of Directors annually. Please see the current Committee Chairs below.
